Unless you're very close to the trooper, you won't hear the two "Vehicular Repeater/Mobile Extender" channels, they're very low power. 155.46000 should be a standard conventional channel, but since it's for back-up use there may not be much on it most of the time. Most of the ISP is on the State's Starcom21 system which is a P-25 digital system and would require a digital capable scanner (like the Pro-106) to receive. Many talkgroups are encrypted and even the digital scanner won't let you hear them when encryption is used.

You may try checking in the Illinois forum to see if others that are local can let you know what to expect as well.

You have the WRONG scanner to do this. You need a pro-106 or a pro-197 :)

if you are not dealing with 700MHZ control channels a 96/2096 would do it also.

Why are they not listed on the ENC agencies list?

I second this. You will need a scanner that decodes digital, P-25 signals to hear the ISP in Lasalle. Your present scanner will hear the 760MHz frequencies only if the state patrol car is close to you.
