PRO-197 and new "SKYNET?"

seems PA State PD went to a new system since I lasr programmed a scanner.
I'm trying to program my mom PRO-197 for her. Can it pick up the new digital truncked "SKYNET": thing? And if so, How

Answered my own question
1. It's called STARNet
2. Some freqs in some counties, can get them. The ones in her area in PA, are coded, and she won't be able to get them.. There is still plenty for her to listen to.
