Pro 197 help newbie

Just got this yesterday.. subcribed for the software.. when I download the data.. the try to find them on the radio.. nothing is going on,, no hits,, sorry to be stupid but I am at a loss thank you for your helpin advance

What software or "scanner program " are you using such as win500 etc.

You're going to have to provide us with more info than that. What are you trying to download? Where are you trying to listen? Software?
