Hello to all, my first post.
I just got a mint RS 2067 off Ebay. after programming my local county edacs system in, I notice there is a considerable amount of what I will call lag in conversations. The unit will miss part of transmissions. sitting next to my BCT8 the 2067 will miss parts of transmissions the BCT8 will hear. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank's
Rich

How many different banks are you scanning at once? Having all 10 banks being scanned will slow down the apparent scanning on any one system significantly. Try narrowing down the number of banks being scanned to just the one you are trying to listen to and see if they line up with each other more closely.

I'm only scanning that bank, all others are turned off, but the small box on the display that flashes on bank's being scanned does jump to the next bank for a fraction of a second even though it is off.

I should have mentioned I programmed with Pro 92 software and cable, is this maybe a delay time issue?

You might check and see if you have the delay on each Freq in your LCN, and of course make sure you have the correct LCN order.

The LCN is correct, the manual states to set delay on only one frequency for trunking...
Is that incorrect?

I don't have a 2067 but do monitor several EDACS systems with other GRE & Uniden scanners and I do not use the delay with EDACS or LTR systems and they all work just fine that way for me. I do use the delay on a Motorola system for I just use the control freq only.
