PRO-92 not decoding

i have a PRO-92 (B) that all of a sudden has stopped decoding some Pl's and DCS.
some work and some dont. in the open mode the scanner works fine, but will not stop on some channels in the closed mode. yes, i have checked the pl and dcs and they are correct. the scanner was working fine for a long time before this happened. in the open mode, i notice that the pl can change 2 or 3 times during a transmission.
i reset the scanner and still the same problem.

any suggestions ??

FYI to all, i found the problem after alot of research on the net.

the power supply i was using was 9v 200ma, when it calls for 9v 300ma.
once i switched to the 9v 300ma, everything works fine-decodes just right.
i thought maybe it was just a fluke, but i switched back and forth between the 2
power supplies, and each time i used the 200ma it did not decode correctly, and each
time i used the 300ma, it worked fine.

so lesson learned, before u trash that radio, make sure u are using the correct power supply
