Pro 96 Programming

I have a pro 96 and enjoy listening to the states radio system, I do think however I am missing some of it. I am wondering if there are some new frequencies that need to be programmed into it. Am wondering if anyone has a win96 file they could email me to update it? Thanks for your help or information. Please send me a private message if you could email me.

I sentthe info to the scannerpro 96 and I get wrting header box then failer to write header sequence
