Pro 96

I have a pro 96 and using trial software ( ARC96) that came with programing cable .
When I program scanner the scanner skips the bank I put wheeling wv. in and its not locked out ( this is a trunked system but not digtal in Ohio co. ) Also the scanner stays stuck on any bank I install belmont co. ( Ohio ) analog freqs in.
I do receive belmont co. digital freqs..

I ordered the ARC96 CD

Both Wheeling and Belmont require Custom Trunking Tables due to Rebanding.
