Pro-97, All freqs present, but nothing audible

I've used RR's software, subscribed to the premium membership, and downloaded the FREQs for 3 different counties to my device. It scans and scans and scans, but doesn't pick up anything. Is there another step I'm missing?

Does it stop on any of the channels? Have you tried hitting the WX button to see if it works. where are you at, town and state? Your area may have went digital. Are you a long was out from town? A lot of factors to consider. I am no expert at this, still learning, but will try to help. I have a Pro 97.

As ranger implies here, precisely WHAT counties in WHAT state are you programming? Go up to the Database link in the blue toolbar under the site title - let's see the URLs for the system(s). Are you close enough to hear their control channels? Where (county/state) are you?
