Picked it up tonight at the Radio Shack Outlet store in Fort Worth, TX. Looks new, and was packaged tightly. Had some box damage, but not deep creases that would affect the radio.
If you live in the Dallas Fort Worth area, they do have one more at $85. Mine came out to $77 because they applied some kind of discount at the register (don't know why, but did not argue).
These two were in the store on Sunday, but I did not purchase (instead got a Uniden CB, PC78ELITE for $50 - it looks to be almost new, well packaged).
Came back today and was surprised to find the Pro-433's unsold.
