No, it is designed for 9600 baud only. For 3600 baud systems, a discriminator tap and UniTrunker are probably the best ways to go insofar as trunk decoding programs are concerned.

It doesn't work on 3600 bps systems because the Pro-96/2096 does not present that data to the PC/IF port. These radios only provide the 9600bps data, and even that is somewhat limited on some systems.
