Well if you have a programming cable go here and get win97 http://www.starrsoft.com/software/win97/default.asp

then get a temp key here http://www.starrsoft.com/software/tempkey.asp

then go here http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&ctid=4296 and

you should be on your way if you dont have a PC cable well it'll have to be done manually.

wich should be in the manaul.hope this helps some.
