BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Problem down loading Master data update

I have a BCD436 and for the past few weeks I have not been able to down load the Master data form Uniden. Does anyone one know the reason for this?

Need more info. How are you trying to download? Thru Sentinel, right? What happens when you hit update master database?

Just did a master database upload yesterday for a SDS200. No problems.

What ISP are you using? What error message are you getting?
