Problems after repair

I sent my trx-2 for repair. I got it back they sent a new power cord. Everything was working great Until I tried to program Missouri state system (moswin) my County control Channel. it show was tracking but I was not receiving anything. I tried old faithful RadioShack pro-197 and listing to County control Channel had no problem I was receiving talk group. Before I sent it in I was receiving moswin. I have another system that I generally listen to and I have same problem with it

Have you tried a new SD card? I'd try that first, if it doesn't work call or email them and arrange for them to check it out again.

If you attach your configuration file, I will check it for problems. What is your city and county? Other than MOSWIN, which other system are you trying to monitor? Since MOSWIN uses 150 and 700 frequencies, under the Site Options tab in the EZ Scan software, Trunking Tables must be set to Auto Fill.

Based on what he said in the OP, sounds like the programming was correct before he sent it to repair @tvengr

I get the impression that the scanner was working when OP got it back. It wasn't until OP tried to add MOSWIN that the problems began. That is why I believe that it may be a programming problem.
