Problems with ARC433 Software

Hi,

All of sudden or, so it seems, my ARC433 software will not save any info nor will it allow me to autofill, paste frequencies, use range editor and, so on and, so on...

I uninstalled and reinstalled the software to no avail. The software and key are legit.


Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about uploading data to the radio or saving the data to a file on disk? If on a disk try changing the location where you are saving the information. A good place to try is My documents.

also make sure you are using the latest drivers for the programming cable your are using, and make sure the comport in device manager in windows matches the one in your software

Drivers and comport have nothing to do with saving data, or other issues reported.
