Program BCT8 with 800Mhz Frequencies for Scott County

I have a BCT-8 that is 800 capable. I work for an ambulance service that uses 800's and I would like to be able to scan the frequencies. I would really appreciate if there is someone out there who can tell me how to program the scanner properly. Specifically I am wanting to program in Scott County freq's.Fire towers for North, West, East, & South, Scott County Sheriff, Medic, Trinity, Genesis. Thanks guys.

I do have the manual, and I've read it. But I'm not that smart on these scanners other than just conventional scanning. I need the ID's and all that stuff it looks like, which I don't have and I couldn't find it in the database on here. Thanks anyway tho.
