SDS100/SDS200: Program Hartford Fire Sentinel

How do I program Hartford Fire for sds200 on sentinel software since I noticed they are on CLRMN.

There are a bunch of ways to do it. Also, only Dispatch is on CLMRN.
1. Program 154.3100 PL 167.9 - patch of HFD DIspatch and Incident 1-4
2. Program CLMRN TG 16410 on Troop H simulcast site or Hartford standalone - that is HFD Dispatch and you need to be in Troop H Simulcast coverage area to hear it
3. Program the 6 conventional P25 800 MHz channels - Dispatch and Incident 1-5

It also comes over the New Britain site as well

Does New Britain Simulcast have Hartford 24/7? My intent was to reference sites that always carry the HFD Dispatch TG. I can't receive that site so I can't comment as to whether it does or not.
