Well, To add onto my earlier post, When I programmed my 396T with troop K and troop E's zones as individual 800MHz standard systems, It only worked on the Troop K zone, and not the Troop E zone, can anyone tell me why?

The link to the CSP system is http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&sid=832

Thanks in advance for any help because I am TRULY STUMPED on this one.

try programming the data channels as conventional channels. If you can hear the data noise cleanly with no static, you should be able to make it work. Try the attenuator and compare the signals.
Try entering the other freqs for that site in conventional mode. If you are getting the data channels, you should get the audio.

Keep cellphones away, especially the Nextels as they can cause enough interference to cause issues.

If you want, I am willing to take a look at a file and see if I can sort it out.
