i am having trouble programming my uniden bcd-396t for bucks county. bucks county uses motorola type 2 smart zone system using the 500 MHz band. the problem is that using unidens software it only has a choice for motorola smart zone 2 800 mhz so i cannot enter the system frequencies. is there another option that i can choose or do i have to use another program . or does any one useing a uniden scanner send me the file for buck county.
thanks

I can't remember exactly what the choice are, but I believe you want Motorola UHF. Then make sure you have the base and offset programmed in correctly.

Here's something you can start with. I have three files (sites) for Bucks Co. I travel through there from time to time.

I haven't updated these in a while and have some things locked out that I don't care about. But, it should give you the general idea.

(I've also attached my conventional frequency file.)

By the way, if you get it programmed to your liking, I'd appreciate it if you posted your usd files back here as well. I have to try to make changes on the fly while I'm driving and that doesn't always work well.

Thanks

Edit: A final note, I just took a fast look at the files. I deleted some talk groups for areas I don't travel in. You'll need to add them back in from the Bucks Co. database here.
