HELP! I'm trying to use freescan and radioreference's data base to program my BCD996T. This may sound stupid but I'm not sure what they mean by copy the table info from the database onto a clip board, so on and so on. What do they mean table info? I'm looking at the database now and am not sure what they mean.

I think it means the information that's formatted kind of like an Excel spreadsheet:

145.23 Some description
147.09 Some other description

Highlight all of that (probably even work with my example if you want to give that a try) and do edit/copy or just hit control-c to get a copy on the clipboard, then go over to FreeSCAN where you're in EZ Grab and paste it into FreeSCAN from there.

Since you are a premium sub, you can also import data by selecting File * Import * RadioReference and then either conventional or trunked. If you are importing a lot of stuff, it is less labour intensive to do it this way and you might even find it less complicated. Alternatively or for just a few frequencies you can use EZ-GRAB like Tom mentioned.
