Programming Pro 96 from RR Premium Database

When I try to import selected frequencies for Jackson County MI after selecting Jackson simulcast as the site and then the selected talk groups the import function turns briefly red and says i need to select one site, which I"ve already done. Any thoughts as to what is happening. I'm running the ARC 500 free software.

For starters ARC-500 doesn't support the Pro 96...

ARC500 does not work with the PRO-96. You need ARC96.

Secondly you'll likely face a degree of simulcast distortion with anything other than a Uniden SDS100 or SDS200 if you're within listening range of two or more towers of the Jackson County Simulcast

Thanks I already own the
SDS 100 and 200. Just like my older scanners for better VHF reception for Aircraft frequencies.

I was mistaken. 'The scanner is actually a PRO 106. I found that when I press the import button it didn't give me a "complete" indication but when I looked at the ARC 500 object editor the frequencies etc had all been loaded. So actually my update was there and ready to be downloaded to the scanner. And It's primarily being used for VHF as I'm in a simulcast area and already own SDS100 and 200 for that. They both receive VHF certainly but not as well as the older scanners.

Discovered it is actually a PRO 106. Got it to work.
