Programming Talkgroups

I am new at installing talkgroups.

For me up in Northern Ontario I am using Bell Fleetnet Zone 3.

First off: When I program my scanner, must I include all the frequencies in my area
ie. cobalt freqs, marten river freqs, charlton freqs even though I program the DEC codes?

Well this will depend on what scanner you have but yews you will have to add feqs even though you added the TG's
