Programming the PRO-197 - How do you do it?

Ok, I bought a PRO-197 to monitor Delaware County, Ohio. I thought this question was better suited for here. Member "FMON" helped me in the Ohio section find Folder 16 so I can listen. In an effort to find MARCS so I can listen to the Ohio State Patrol (OSP), my folder became messed up and now monitors Southern Ohio. How do I fix it?
