I have the file ready to go but you will need to run it in MS-Dos or PC-Dos (true DOS) rather than in a Windows DOS box or prompt. I use DR-Dos (free) 7.1 on a Intel Slimline 486DX100 computer that I picked up from a local thrift shop (Goodwill) and it runs all my programing software just fine.
The email you sent to me got lost (spam assasin) so if you could try one more time I would be able to send it your way.
