when using win500 is it neccesary to put in a wild card .if so should you put it as private. or group. what does it really mean by putting in a wild card with your talk groups any help appreciated hope im not messing up anything by posting this question in radio shack forum

First of all the Wildcard is for picking up Talkgroups that You don't have in Your radio all ready. Second put it in as a group and a private one too. There are both kinds of TG's.
