Database import problem
I am using proscan and trying to import some frequencies/systems from radio reference database. I have a rr premium subscription. I go to database menu, select import, select radio reference, login to rr, choose my systems, get data. Then I put a checkmark on what I want to import and click on import. It seems to import and check marks go away. My problem is I can't see where anything has been imported. I have tried to import multiple different data from several locations. None seem to import. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks

The checks are suppose to go away when importing. That prevents double or triple importing of the same system.
What type of scanner are you using?
{Edit} The newly imported systems should be located in the tree (left side) in the same place as if you manually added systems.

Thanks for reply. I am using a uniden bcd996p2 scanner. I just tried rebooting computer and trying same procedure and they now show up where you said they should. It must have been a issue on my computer I guess. Thanks for your help

Thanks for the update. Computer shouldn't need rebooting for the systems to show in the tree.

Kevin I'm sorry I don't understand your question I guess. Is it showing there are two brac109 accounts?

Update..I searched the forum and found where it was said you can't have more than one account without asking permission first. I didn't realize that. My mistake. I had a free account, brac 109.and when I decided to upgrade to a premium account, I made a new account as I thought that would be easier than changing the brac109 to premium since I was on a different device at the time and didn't remember the brac password. Since I understand now that is why you asked if I had 2 accounts and what you meant , I realize now I should have upgraded brac109. I assume I need to delete,/deactivate the brac 109 and just use the premium account. I do not see a delete/deactivate tab on brac free account but do see delete remove on my premium account. As super moderator can you delete,/deactivate brac109 for me? If not can you tell me how to delete,/deactivate brac free account,? Sorry for not asking first before creating 2nd account. Thanks

How about I merge them, keeping the premium one?

The checks go away but also nothing gets imported when I do it going from RR to ProScan.

HUH? once you close out your current Proscan session, all will be gone! Come back next time and start anew! You aren't deleting from the database at all...

The newly imported system should show in the Database tab.

And how do you delete the particular system from the database once you've uploaded them?
Why would you want to? I wouldn't delete them so the scanner database is in sync with the ProScan database.
But If you want to delete a system then select the system in the tree on the left side then either hit the keyboard DEL key or right click on the system and click on Delete.
