Proscan no audio on SDS200 after 19.1 update?

I've lost audio feed on proscan from my SDS200 after the latest version update. The scanner is connected to proscan and I can see the scanner display working properly. Only audio is not connected. I have tried restarting the scanner and proscan. In the audio setup, the URL is correct and TCP/UDP are connected. I'm not running any other software such as VLC. I tried disabling the IP in the scanner and reenabling after a restart, still nothing. Not seeing any audio output in the audio scope. Any ideas??

When I restart Proscan I'm getting the message "Published Server IP Addr. Or name must contain a value"
Perhaps a clue?

I run the Malewarebytes program and mine lost the sound also. So I had to go into the settings and add Proscan to allow it to run. It had seen it as a Trojan virus. Then restart the computer and it should be ok.

Problem Solved. Windows firewall was the issue. After disabling, audio works fine. Not sure if the version update triggered this? Possibly similar issue to what tnbound mentioned above. Thanks

That's coming up because in the Options - Start Up tab, the RSOIP server is set to Auto Start AND the RSOIP Publish Server box is checked AND the Published Server IP box is empty. So that has to be corrected.
