Ok, First off, I am really new to the whole scanner scene. I use a radio daily at my job but just recently purchased a scanner so my wife can hear whats going on while I am at work. The problem I am having is that I do not know how to input the codes from the data base into my scanner. I have a PSR-310 scanner. The codes I am trying to input are found under california>alameda(county)>alameda, county of (public safety). now the decimal codes in red i managed to input into my scanner, but they are not the channels i was looking for. the specific channels that I want do not have a frequency for me to input. it gives a "DEC" number, a "HEX" number and mode but I don't know how to put that into my scanner. Any help would be appreciated.
