PSR500 or BCD396

Hi Everybody, New to the forum, but not scanning...I am gonna buy a new scanner here in a couple weeks and was wondering f i should get the PSR500 or BCD396? It wil be used for the Indiana SAFE-T system and local fm....I do have some ED and MOT trunked systems i listen too also...The Pro2096 does everythin i need but LTR(which i cant figure out how to get to work on my Pro97)...What are some Pro's and Con's of each, and which one is better...Thanks in advance for your advice....

My vote is the 396, but it depends on what you really want.
