QLD Police Broadcast Offline..Is it permanent?

I think alot of us are wondering why this is offline and is it permanant. Try to contact the broadcaster Sandman20 but my user account doesn't allow.

Any ideas?

The status message shows it will be offline for a month.

But there are also other feed providers available at the moment:
Sunshine Coast
Ipswich
Redcliffe + Caboolture
