Question for Bearcat 72 xlt owners

Hi again, to any bearcat 72 XLT owners, is this a good scanner, are you happy with it ?
( my need are aircraft monitoring mainly )
Secondly - does this scanner have a 3.5 mm audio jack for headphones, I've look at various adverts for it but cant tell if it has this.

Yes it has, between the antenna and squelch knob on top.

Excellent radio. It's very similar to the 246T, but doesn't do trunking.. it depends on what you need to listen to. Aircraft monitoring may be okay.. I don't listen to airplanes, so I have no idea. But yes, there's definitely a headphone jack.

I've got a '92 (the big brother) they're good little radioes. These Unidens are not the most sensitive, although a better antenna helps a lot. I use the radio shack 20-006 whip or a smiley 270a whip. Diamond rh77 is also great. The stock ducky is bad! Austin

I too am a proud owner of this fine scanner for almost 2 years now and have no problems with it's performance so far.
