This was posted by N5XGZ, evidently a newcomer not familiar with the forums. He posted the following in the wiki;

After living in the Siloam Springs area for many years, I have found myself unable to receive transmissions from SSPD or SSFD. Has this department gone to APCO 25, or are they using another type of digital frequency. Any help appreciated with aquiring their frequencies again.

There is a feed for the FD under "Live Audio" here on rr.com
Siloam Springs Fire Dispatch Live Scanner Audio Feed

in the description it says they are part of a trunked system (AWIN maybe?) I do not see anything here for the PD, but I would assume it is on the same system.
