The only region wide is the car-to-car. What do folks think about splitting out the frequencies so that each counties frequencies are located within the county? There issue with the existing layout is that it breaks geotagging, since all of these frequencies inherit the geotag for Fresno. You hear everyone else when you're in Fresno county and you miss Kings, Madera and Tulare when you're in those counties.
Another solution would be to split up that Co EMS subcategory into three categories in Fresno County apply appropriate geotags to each county.
