BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Quick keys. What am I doing wrong?

BCD436HP. I programmed a quick key for a department. Thought the sequence was:
.1.0E or .1.1E Neither seems to work. Tried some other combos too but to no avail.
Can someone please advise me? Thank you.

The sequence is: Favorites list quick key, decimal point, system quick key, decimal point, department/site quick key. E.

If you are scanning a single favorites list, pressing the decimal point once and the system quick key and then E will toggle a system on and off. If scanning a single system, pressing the decimal point twice and the department/site quick key and then E will toggle a department or site on and off.

Thank you! That worked! I've been reading the "easier to read" manual but somehow missed that.
