Can I use Win500 to program a Radio Shack Pro 106? I have the latest version of Win500 and I only see an option to "upload to PSR 310/410?????

Just use the Upload to Scanner option.

Yes.

On the Scanner tab select Upload to Scanner.

Thanks guys, I think I was just using the wrong port on the pc. Appreciate the quick replies.
