BCD325P2 To use system quickkeys, you must enable group quickkeys for trunked sites and conventional systems, for them to work. How did I learn this? I did two hours of trial and error. quickkeys.png

You do NOT need to use group quick keys. I actually use the 0-9 as regular quick keys, I actually don't use group quick keys, I just use the 0-99 as quick keys, so far I program in 0 through 80 as I put in ~3/4 of MI. Each quickkey is a different county or agency.

Are you using a BCD325P2 ?

While no, I use a 396xt, but I use the same programming setup for 325P2's that many have, who come to me to be programmed. 396xt is phase I capable only vs yours is phase II capable.
I use freescan software.
