Radio Dummy with Pro97 desperate for assistance

I have a Pro97 which I took to Radio Shack to program. What a mess! I finally found a way to delete all frequencies they put on one band (although not sure what I did). I programmed the three frequencies I wanted in it and I get audio on Santa Fe Station but not on Will Rogers or Bricktown. Can somebody please tell me what I did wrong?

Access to a cheat sheet programming short cut for the Pro-97 is under my signature below.

Using PGM then MODE set the bank to EDACS. Then program the following frequencies in exactly the listed order starting with channel 01 as 866.0875 in the selected bank. Use UP or PGM to move to subsequent channels. The last channel number should be channel # 18 with 868.9750.

After frequencies are entered, press TRUNK then key in the talkgroups per instructions in the Programming Shortcut. Entering Alpha (Text Tags) procedures are listed in this shortcut also.

I would HIGHLY recommend you get WIN97 to make your programming a ton easier.
