Radio ID# Warren Police

I've heard that the ID is only sent at the beginning of the transmission. Maybe the scanner just missed it?

Yes it is Warren Michigan P25 System. I believe it was dispatch.

I was looking at a friend's GRE800 tonight and saw it displayed a 0 for the radio id before it displayed the actual radio id. This was on the Warren P25 system.
Was there any audio when you took that photo?

Im guessing some one missed the programming in of the ID? I mean there is possibility they put a soft ID in instead of MDC right? Or just decided 0 means dispatch. Here I notice they use the departments 4 numeric address for the dispatch ID followed by a 1, 2 ,3 ,4 for which ever dispatcher is on duty.
