Awwwww shucks. You edited off your post before I could read it and assist yew. I know everything there is to know about Radio ID's from here all the way out to the Ford Galaxy and could have answered yewr question, no doubt, good buddy.

I realized after I posted it that the system is a LTR system so now i'm off reading up about that. The system has 2 listed freqs on RR but no TG data so I am in uncharted waters.

You don't need to know the IDs to enter the freqs. (in LCN order) and get it trunking. After it is trunking you will start to see Talk Group IDs. You will have to listen a while to figure out who is talking.
