I have a file, but it is 991K. I'm trying to figure out how to get it to you.

I e-mailed it to you.

Thanks! I have been using it today and it is working great! I had a bit more detail on some of the ones that you had (unit numbers and such). Plan to do a bit more work on it tonight.

When I flip over to my other hard drive, I will send you a few IDs that are some no so common ones....

There has to be an easier way...

The forum only allows files up to 195.3 KB. The RID file is 995 KB and when zipped it is 221 KB. So the only thing I could come up with was to RAR it...

As RAR is not a valid extension for the forum, I have named it ".txt". This is the consolidated file between what gldavis and myself have.

So to use the file:
1) Download it
2) rename it to Moto7202-RID-RAR.rar
3) Un compress it with WinRAR resulting in "Moto7202.rid"
4) Place Moto7202.rid in your Unitrunker directory with the other 7202 files.

I was looking at the id file that bneilson uploaded above and I noticed that there are alot of SLC unit ID numbers. I found that interesting because I thought that all of SLC was on the AC33 system but had access to the UCAN system because they were tyed in with the omni-link system.

So what I pictured there would be a omni-link ID #(1-4) and then a radio ID number.

Can anyone confirm or deny how this works. I would be interested in seeing a AC33 user ID file or if someone could confirm if the numbers are the same in both the 7202 and AC33.

If my math is correct (and I did have to go to summer school for math one time), then we have listed 14,430 users on the UCAN system. Of which, we have ID'ed 183 of them.
Not good.

Is there a way that we can get a list of the known ID's? I don't run trunker but would just be curious :)

This is what I think we have ID'ed. As I said, not a lot. I believe I have more at my apartment, and I'll check when I get back there this evening. If I do have more, I'll post them here.

I haven't done to much logging on the West Valley TG's but here is what I have:

61623 WVPD 14
29684 WVPD 34
15910 WVPD Dispatch
15827 WVPD Service
28923 WVPD?
28924 WVPD?
28934 WVPD?
28936 WVPD?
28939 WVPD?
28964 WVPD?

If anybody has any more I would love a copy...

Are these the numbers that are also the I-call numbers for the radios as well or are these just the radio Id's only

Yes and No, but more yes then no.

For Motorola systems like UCAN, radio IDs can range from 1-65534.

In reality each radio ID starts with a '7' so that range is really 71-765534.

So the ID's posted were wo/ the '7'.

When monitoring the system with my scanner, a Private Call (Uniden's I-Call) displays the full id. So I would see '761623' for WVPD 14 and '729684' for WVPD 34.

Edited to add:
As seen below you can see West Valley PD 11 talking in an Private Call (I-Call) with another Unit.

Just thought I would post an updated version of my Radio ID list for those that are running Uni-Trunker or similar.

If you have any that I don't have listed, I would love to have them...

bneilson - for an I-call, the radio ID the left is the listener or called party. The radio ID to the right should be the radio transmitting.

Well now, this is strange. I've spent the last three weeks working on Bountiful and Davis Co's user ID's, and I looked today, and they are all gone. All the info I've fed in, is missing. Gone. Even the stuff i sent you earlier. This is strange.

So thank-you, bneilson for your list. It will give me something to start with.

WOW! Three weeks worth. I can imagine the empty feeling that must have caused when you found out!
