I'm hearing alot of comms. from radio techs on the Citrus County system. TG 14704 is clear and encrypted. Also TG 80 is full time encrypted, a possible patch to FHP? Is rebanding in progress in FLA? Just a heads up, Chuck.

Yes the lower 120's are being cleared right now, at least in South Florida. Being Citris is an 806/851 system (according to the database) they will have to move eventually.
Being encrypted doesn't have anything to do with re-banding unless they are upgrading to it as part of the move.
