ProScan Radiofeed & Proscan help needed

Need help with Radiofeed. I am using a 536HP and in the meta data section. The scanner type shows the 536HP and the Port shows URL. I get the scanner data shows green and the channel active shows red when the traffic is present.

In the meta source section it shows from time TCP scanner port and the UDP ports are not connected.

Also on the feed management shows the feed as offline.

Any help would be appreciated a lot.

I think I purchased a Proscan copy and have lost the key. Can

It looks like the scanner is communicating with the scanner on the data side. What about the audio? Go to the Source Client tab. Is URL selected and do you see the audio meter move with audio?

Ensure you have the audio working. Advise if still offline.

Lost keys are handled via email.
