Hello! I am just wondering if it is possible to carry over my RIDs from my Uniden X36HP sentinel into DSD+ FL. Is there anyway they could be formatted through a program to match the format that is needed for the DSD+ Radios File?

Thank you

May be other ways that would be less time consuming but If your good with excel, pretty sure you can create a blank csv and populate and manipulate it with data copied from Sentinel. (I seem to recall doing this years ago) You would only need the radio id column and the alias column data from Sentinel. The aliases need quotes, this will add quotes and the radio id's need a comma. The protocol, system id, group, date, priority and hits can all be populated in the first row row and dragged down. You need the first 9 cells for radio file.

I don't use Sentinel except for the RR database updates but I would assume it can be done with text editor and Excel very easily
I routinely go from ProScan to DSDPlus and can convert files in just a couple minutes

Thanks for the advice everyone my other question is regarding the Radios file, I've been trying to delete RID's under certain logged TG's but keep others. Every time I go to delete them and save the file, they reappear. Am I doing something wrong?

DSDPlus allows editing of files while it is running, however, if you delete something with DSDPlus running, save the file and then shut down DSDPlus, the deleted items will be written back to the file as DSDPlus closes. Try editing the file with DSDPlus completely shutdown.
