well im just curious if there is a chance theres any receiver yet available that i can monitor Rdg pd yet? I purchased a uniden apco handheld several yrs ago but Rdg was encrypted..replies will be appreciated.

No, There is no current scanner to decode ENCRYPTION, Probably due to the fact that is illegal to monitor ENCRYPTION, Which also leads me to believe that it won't be an option in any future.

They remain encrypted. Neighboring departments can contact the city comm center on an un-encrypted channel but I don't know it. I know they can be heard on the national channels on occasion.
