I went to the wiki pages, but couldn't figure out how to upload each manual. The existing manuals were web links.

Might I suggest adding those to the RR WIKI under each of the make/models

in the Wiki, when LOGGED in
down on the left bottom is the tools menu
select "Upload File"

Once uploaded, find the link for that record and you can then Edit the wiki to add the link to the
Service Manual / User Manual etc - specify / label what type of manual it is.

IF you want, Upload One, send me a PM with the link and I can do One edit and you can see what I did
and then you can do it for each file/radio

Permission error

You do not have permission to upload this file, for the following reason:
The action you have requested is limited to users in one of the groups: Autoconfirmed users, Administrators, liveaudio, dbadmin, forumsmod, uploadaccess.

I'm guessing that I don't have permission to upload items?
