Rebanding Central and East TX

I was looking through the 800ta.org website and saw on there calender that there are Implementation Planning Sessions set for Central and East Texas on the 5th March. Does that mean planning on how to do the rebanding to cities like San Antonio, Live Oak etc..? Also the same session is planned for Austin on the 7th of March

It's to discuss schedules, how-tos, etc. We (Williamson County) are getting close to the negotiation phase with Sprint/Nextel, and will be at the Austin session on 7 March.
