What kind of feedback are you talking about? Using rechargeable batteries should have nothing to do with any audio at all...

What exactly is going on.. Please describe..

It's a far shot, BUT, I have seen guitar effect boxes that will oscillate with certain types or brands of 9V battery. The Pro 96 is a digital machine and VASTLY more complex than the box I've seen do this but it is perhaps comparable. I believe this may be related to the different internal resistance of different battery types.

I've used 1800mAh NiMH and 2300 mAH NiMh made by or for Lenmar Battery Solutions.
No problem and they've been great. Never tried a NiCad with it....

What brand and type battery are you having trouble with?

They are Rayovac 2300 Nimh battery. I re-re-charged them and now they are acting better. I dunno maybe I didn't hold my tongue in the proper postion. So far they are working good.

Thanks for the help.

Well, I'm glad to hear they are doing the do for you.
Strange, though as I always say Everything that can happen will happen at least once.

Pro-96 users AA Batteries not 9v

Thought I would point out the Pro-96 uses AA batteries not 9Vs. Also you will get feedback depending on if you are using an external sound source such as a speaker or through your computer WHILE it is being charged at the same time. Sorry, kinda unavoidable.
