Was reading the minutes from ICIS Board meetings, and in the August meeting was noted that the local American Red Cross region will be joining the ICIS system for their LA area operations.
As part of the Red Cross setup, an ICIS talk group would be patched with the existing Red Cross low band channel to facilitate communications with national resources which might be brought into the region.
