As some of you may be aware, there is an issue with the City of Red Deer system 371D and the uniden BC246T scanner, it seems that this scanner cannot track it properly. I recently purchased a RS Pro-2051 scanner and discovered that some of you were correct and that there is a bug in the 246. I managed to get the system to track perfectly with CC only band plan 3 with the pro-2051. I had an update from uniden and they told me that maybe in the spring there will be a firmare update that will resolve the issue.
