It’s true that today’s cars have little or no space to mount a radio like the 200.
Is there any chance we could see a remote head for the 200?

That's pretty much the case with most cars at least. Some larger SUV's & Trucks might have a spot. Have you considered a Home Partrol 2 where the entire scanner can be mounted like a control head?

As always, many threads on this with speculation and wishing, but Uniden is the only one that knows the facts...… and they have made no announcements either way.

I'd pay more attention to this post in that thread.

Can't say whether we are working on a remote head or not, but can say that no beta testing is being done for a remote head at this time. Not sure what Larry was seeing...
