repeater on input freq?

Hey guys,

I was just monitoring 469.3875 in the NYC area and heard some acitivity and it sounds like this is a repeater output frequency. In this case, what would be the input frequency or offset?

You might try 464.3875 in the event they reversed the pair. Do you have a callsign or anymore info? Could look at the license and see what it says.

Ham repeater image?

Sometimes my radio shack base scanner receives images of the 440 Ham radio band repeaters in the 469 MHz range. Therefore, that also may be what you're hearing.
